BRIAN JETT
Fractional CTO / CISO
Brian Jett started a web development company in his partner’s garage in 1995 and has been a hands-on technologist ever since. His experience includes over twenty years as founder and CTO of SaaS companies in student lending and asset-backed finance, guiding the strategy and implementation of systems used to process billions of dollars in loan applications. An early adopter of cloud computing, he has consulted with numerous companies such as MGM, Digiboo and Ancestry.com to architect and implement secure, scalable systems and products. His areas of subject matter expertise include consumer underwriting, payment processing and bank integration, and cybersecurity program development.

DAVID RONDAN
Fractional CTO
David Rondan has over 25 years of experience in building and leading technical teams, optimizing organizations, refining existing workflows, selecting frameworks and tools, establishing partnerships, negotiating agreements, and working with the C-Suite to articulate, refine, and implement business objectives into actionable technology initiatives.
Most recently, he served as VP of Engineering at Technosylva, a Private Equity owned company. His focus was transitioning products from single-tenant to multi-tenant SaaS, reorganizing the technology and data team structure and positioning them for growth, and establishing a quality assurance process for both applications and data integrity.

Previously, David served as COO and CTO at ROW8, EVP of Product Development at Digiboo, and SVP, Worldwide Digital Media at MGM Studios.
